Radiculopathy or sacroiliac arthritis?
A patient with left hip pain as main complaint underwent MRI at Northern Fukushima Medical Center, Japan. With 3D NerveVIEW imaging, the left S1 nerve root is well visualized from proximal to distal showing no abnormality. Diagnosis was left sacroiliac arthritis.
