Ovarian carcinoma with diffusion weighted imaging
A dominant left anexial cyst was seen in a routine gynecologic ultrasonography in 33-year-old woman with various episodes of bilateral adnexal cysts. MRI was then performed at MD Anderson International, Madrid, Spain. Diffusion weighted imaging helps the physician in characterizating ovarian carcinoma.
