52-year-old female with anterior knee pain underwent MRI at Palo Alto Medical Foundation on Ingenia 3.0T. A 16-channel dS Knee coil was used. This examination demonstrates cartilaginous defect lateral tibial plateau with subchondral sclerosis and marrow edema.
